Computerberg Technology Return Policy
At Computerberg Technology, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please review our return policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
1. **Time Frame:** Items must be returned within **14 calendar days** from the date of purchase. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
2. **Condition of Items:**
- The item must be **unused** and in the **same condition** as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its **original packaging**, including all accessories, manuals, and any other components.
- **No damage** should be evident on the item.
- **No missing parts** are allowed; the product must be complete.
3. **Proof of Purchase:** A **valid original receipt** must be provided with the return.
Return Process
1. **RMA Form:** Before returning an item, you must complete and submit a **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form**. This form can be obtained on our website [www.computerberg.tech](http://www.computerberg.tech) or by contacting our customer service.
2. **Approval:** Once the RMA form is submitted, you will receive an approval notification. **Do not send back any items before receiving this approval.**
3. **Shipping:** The approved item must be securely packaged and shipped back to us using a traceable shipping method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:
- Software products that have been opened.
- Items with signs of damage, missing parts, or alterations.
Final Sale
All returns must strictly adhere to the conditions outlined above. Items returned after the 14-day period, or items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria, will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs if the item is sent back to them.
